Histori
The original store was founded in 1968 by J.R. "Bob" Schwenkfelder, in downtown Boise, Idaho. This store has remained active to this day among the expanding storefronts throughout Idaho, Oregon, Washington, and Utah. Their corporate headquarters are in Meridian, Idaho, and managed by Bob and his son Trent.
One important factor in the company's success was Bob acquired Bridgestone's tire line in 1969, when it was fairly new to the US market and has not grown popular. Bridgestone is still one of the Commercial Tire tire brands, along with Firestone, Cooper, and Yokohama tires.
